2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

We do not collect sensitive data nor build profiles about visitors.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your contact or quote request and to manage that communication.

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to answer and manage your request. If it does not lead to a contractual relationship, the data is deleted once no longer needed.

5. Recipients

Messages are delivered to the geral@lignumestvita.pt mailbox and forwarded to company management.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses an analytics tool (Umami) that runs without cookies and without personally identifying visitors.

We do not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
